All enquiries generated by the website will go to Overseas Property Network, Apple Overseas and to yourself and if a sale is generated, you will get commission for the sale.

You will also receive catalogues and so on to promote the properties within your office.

This service is provided to you under one of the following arrangements: A monthly fee of £40 payable by standing order or you may opt for no monthly fee but for an annual subscription of £550 payable on the anniversary date of contract. However if you generate just one sale within the first 12 months the whole amount will be refunded, so basically there is no cost as only 1 sale a year makes this a free link.
